Boys and Girls Track Teams finish 2nd and Boys/Girls Ball Tournaments

In the all-comers city meets the Cardinal Boys and Girls Track teams took second place. The scoring from the meets was very close, both the boys and girls teams were edged out by just a few points by St. Pat's. Congratulations to all our boys and girls from Sacred Heart and IC St. Joe's on a great season. Also to Michielu Menning as he set a new school and league record in the 800 meter run. The boys baseball and girls softball teams will be playing in their varsity tournaments this week end May 16. The The boys play their first game at 9am versus
Blessed Sacrament @ Dane. The girls play their tournament at Exchange Park on Saturday. Their 1st game is at 9:00am vs Bl. Sacrament., depending on the outcome they will play again at either 11:15 or 11:45am. League admission will be charged at both tournaments.
