On Saturday Jan. 17 the Varsity Girls Basketball Team began their season with the League Jamboree. The team won one half, tied one half, and lost the other two halves played against 4 different league teams. The regular season gets under way on Thursday Jan. 22 as the team travels to Independence to play the St. John Eagles in a JV and Varsity contest. The Wrestlers get under way on Tuesday Jan. 20 with a 5:30 home meet against St. Ed's. Check the sports calendar as their has been and will probably be a few more changes due to the weather cancellations and rescheduling of the Talent Show.
