Practice for Baseball and Softball will begin on Monday April 2 at the respective practice fields. Practice times are from 3:45 - 5:30 and students must arrange their own transportation to and from practice and games.
Track practice begins on Monday April 9, 3:45 - 4:45 on the West High Track. Students must arrange their own transportation.

The Cardinal boys basketball team dropped both games in the Varsity tournament losing the semifinal game to St. Joe's and the consolation game to St. Joe's. The team finished with an overall record of 9 - 7 and finished second place in the league and 4th place in the tournament.
The team showed good improvement during the course of the season and always played with class.

The JV boys concluded their season on Sunday afternoon dropping the consolation game to Bl. Sacrament. The Varsity team plays St. Joe's Marion on Thursday March 8 6:45 pm @ Columbus. The finals will be on Friday March 9 and the Cardinals will play at 8:00 pm if they win Thursdays game and at 6:45 pm if they loose.

The Varsity Boys team advanced to the semifinal round of the league tournament by defeating St. Athanasius on Tuesday night. Due to several weather postphonements the semi-final game against St. Joe's will be held on Thursday March 8 at a site to be determined. The finals of the tournament will be on Friday March 9, place and time to be announced. The Junior Varsity team will play in their tournament on Saturday March 3, 12 pm versus St. Ed's. If the Cardinals win they will play again at 2:30 and if they lose they will play at 1:40 pm. The finals of the JV tournament will start at 1:30 on Sunday in the Sacred Heart gym.
