This week is Thanksgiving and the girls basketball team and wrestling team will be taking a well deserved break. The teams have been working hard and showing good growth. The Varsity girls team currently has a record of 1 - 2 and the JV team is still looking for their 1st victory. The wrestling team is just off a second place finish in the mid season dual tournament. Their team record is 1 - 1. Both teams will shift into high gear after Thanksgiving with many games and meets to be played. Boys basketball will begin after Christmas and the tentative schedules for December and January our posted on the sports calendar.

Both the Wrestling and Girls Basketball teams get into league action. The Wrestlers who had a very strong showing in the preseason wrestling tournament will host St. John's at home in their first regular season meet on Thursday 11/1starting at 6pm. The girls will play their first regular season game at St. Ed's on Monday 12/5 beginning at 5:30 pm. This game was rescheduled from 11 / 1. The girls also did well in their preseason jamboree last Saturday and are looking forward to a very challenging season. Check out each teams game schedule which can be found under the specific sport.
